Web Hosting, Reseller Hosting, and Domain Accounts Terms and Policies…

Everyone should follow the below terms otherwise account will be terminated without notice!

After the order you have to need to transfer your payment/fees, please allow us to verify your payment and completeness of your order in 1 second to 24 hours. Then You will receive your login information via email so it’s very important that you use a correct & valid email address.

Unlimited / Unmetered Hosting Packages: When we say unlimited domains, unlimited disk space, and bandwidth, of course, there are terms & conditions that you must adhere to. This means unlimited webpages, domains, and web graphics, not downloads or streaming media. Our servers are shared hosting servers and memory and CPU usage are not unlimited. CPU-intensive files are not permitted on our servers and accounts may not be used to host a collection of mp3s, audios, videos, anime, .rar files, Warez, gamers sites, shout cast, and similar, or to backup your computer or another source. They may not be used for general storage of any type. They may not be used as download mirrors or download/upload portals. While the sale of eBooks and other legal small download files are permitted within reason (see download files below) with the unlimited package, hosting and storage of mass quantities where our servers are used as a distribution point is not permitted.

Server Types / Descriptions: Web Server – Our servers are web servers. Web server means file hosting that you can view in a browser eg: PHP, SQL, HTML, .JPG, .GIF, .PNG, .XML mostly .SWF and .PDF is fine. If you can’t view it in a browser, or it requires special software to view, it’s a download or multi-media file.

Server Offshore / Descriptions: Offshore Contents: Offshore Shared web hosting, Reseller, account holders are allowed to use nulled Scripts, warez linking, Rapidshare, etc, image hosting. But not allowed to use their accounts for Proxy Sites, Rapid leech, audio/video hosting, legal adult content, torrent trackers, and similar materials to be run on your account we reserve the right to terminate you once reported by authorities or if found by Zain Hosting, so if you have any confusion regarding your site contents we suggest you to please contact us to get clarified before placing the order.

Download Server – File hosting that you download from the server, eg: .ZIP, .RAR, .GZIP, .MP3, .AVI, .WAV, .DOC, .PSD, .AI, .EPS, .TGA, .TIF . Our servers are not download servers.

Media Server: Multi-media hosting eg: streaming video, streaming audio, radio, shout cast, podcast, can include chat and shoutbox. We currently do not have a multi-media server so we can not offer this type of hosting.

Gaming / Clan Server: Gaming servers/hosting usually use intensive server resources and require gaming servers or VPS. We currently do not have gaming servers so we can not offer this type of hosting.

Download Files: Collections of download files are not permitted on shared servers because they slow the server down. A reasonable amount of download files can be permitted if you keep the file size under 2000k.

Data Back-Up: Although regular back-ups will be performed, Zain Hosting will not be held responsible for any loss of data. It is up to the hosting account to ensure you maintain a local copy of your web data on your computer for your own backup purposes.

Malware / Virus Policy / Phishing Links: If we find any malware, phishing link, hacking material, scam pages, copyright material, or viruses on any account, we have the right to suspend or terminate that account without or without notification.

Acceptable Use Policy: The Internet is powerful information and entertainment tool, we would expect our customers to use the Internet with respect, courtesy, and responsibility, giving due regard to the rights of other Internet users.

Our acceptable use policy is actively and strictly enforced. Offending content or users are removed from our network, usually as soon as they are discovered, although we will always inform you when and why any action has been taken.

Common sense is the best guide as to what is considered acceptable use, however, the following are unacceptable uses.

Illegality: Illegality of any kind is strictly forbidden. This includes sharing or copying software or data without proper permission, bullying or threatening others, scams, fake websites, spreading hate speech, hosting adult content without authorization, selling or promoting banned products, or trying to trick people in any way. Hosting or supporting any abusive, illegal, or misleading site, whether it’s related to fraud, scam, phishing, or anything similar is not allowed under any circumstances. If this rule is violated, the account will be suspended instantly without warning and will not be reopened. So please make sure you’re not involved in any such activity or trying to use the service for anything shady.

Undesirable Content: Certain types of content are not permitted on our network. We do not host pornographic content of any description. We reserve the right to determine what constitutes pornographic content and what does not (see adult sites below). Content relating to Hacking, Cracking, Warez, and IRC is not allowed. Software downloads may only be hosted if you are the writer and copyright owner of the software, all other software, including freeware, shareware, and trial software, is forbidden. The sale of resellable eBooks is ok.

Bulk Email: Bulk email of any kind is strictly not allowed on our network. That includes newsletters, promotional campaigns, spam messages, marketing emails, or anything that feels like mass messaging, even if you think the recipients agreed to receive it. It disrupts the shared hosting environment for everyone else. Using your account for scams, fraud attempts, phishing emails, or any sort of deceptive mailing will lead to immediate suspension without any warning, and your account won’t be reinstated. It doesn’t matter if the emails are automated or manually sent if they’re bulk, they’re blocked. We take this seriously to protect all users and ensure smooth service. So please don’t use your hosting for email blasts or anything shady tied to bulk or misleading communication.

Spamming: Spamming (sending unsolicited emails or posting messages to irrelevant USENET newsgroups that do not explicitly allow advertising, with references to a site hosted on our servers) is strictly prohibited.

Misuse Of Resources: Including but not limited to employing applications that consume excessive CPU time, memory, or storage space. Chat/IRC, web proxy, and mailing list scripts are not allowed on our network under any circumstances. Streaming media, audio, video, and shoutcast can be a drain on web server resources and as such is not allowed. CGI-based message forums that use flat file databases are often found to use excessive system resources. To avoid disappointment, please use a PHP message forum. The use of web cam applications that maintain a constant FTP connection, uploading an image at regular intervals is forbidden.

Shared and reseller hosting customers are not permitted to provide free website hosting services such as image hosting, file hosting, mp3 hosting, and any similar hosting service. Reseller customers are permitted to provide a charge for service web hosting service but are not permitted to provide any free web hosting service or similar service.

Password Protected Directories:
Using password-protected directories to conduct illegal activities is strictly prohibited. Sites that use password-protected directories where their use is not clear are subject to suspension while we investigate the legality of the hidden content.

If you are unsure about the content you intend to place on our network, please check with us before you do. We reserve the right to determine what constitutes acceptable use.

Adult Sites: We do not allow any type of pornographic content, nudity, or media that shows or suggests nudity even if it’s health-related or educational. Adult commercial sites like lingerie, adult health, or sexuality topics are also forbidden. Pornographic videos, images, stories, or any content meant to arouse or display nudity are strictly banned. This includes adult toy stores and similar material. Any violation will result in account suspension without warning and will not be reactivated. Keep things clean, respectful, and within guidelines.

Usernames: We assign unique usernames to every account we create to avoid future problems. This cannot be changed. All our resellers are encouraged to do the same.

Non-Payment / Expiries and Termination of Accounts: We take payment and service expiration very seriously. For annual payment accounts, we will terminate the account after 10 days of non-payment or service expiration. For monthly accounts, including 1-month, 3 month, semi-annual, and 9 months accounts, we will terminate the account after 5 days of non-payment, late payment, or service expiration.

Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) & Windows VPS

Change of Virtual Machine: We may change virtual machines anytime when we need or have any issue, with shared RDP and private remote desktop protocols, If we change the machine we will provide you new login details on the virtual machine.

Change of IP Address: We may change the IP address anytime when it’s blocked anywhere or if there is any issue, on shared and Private RDPs remote desktop protocols and VPS.

Data Safety: In the event of loss or any damage to the Customer’s data relating to a failure in the operating system, servers, or virtual machine, we are not responsible for the backup of your data, you can lose all the data that you have put on the shared hosting, dedicated server, private or shared RDP, virtual machine, etc, so you accept full responsibility for maintaining adequate backup copies of your all data.

Windows License: At our company, we offer free trial Windows licenses for all remote desktop servers (RDPs) and Windows VPS to provide our clients with the flexibility they need to explore our services. However, we highly recommend that our clients purchase a license for their chosen platform to ensure that it remains operational without interruption. Please note that if a license expires, the remote desktop server or Windows VPS may stop working, which may result in data loss or other unforeseen consequences. We want our clients to understand that we are not responsible for any data loss or other issues that may arise from the expiration of a license. As a best practice, we encourage our clients to take regular data backups and store them securely on their own computers or cloud storage solutions to ensure that their data is protected at all times. By using our services, clients agree to accept all risks and responsibilities associated with the use of our free trial Windows licenses.

Expiries, Non-Payment, and Termination: For shared RDP accounts, we will terminate the account after 2 days of non-payment. For private RDPs or Windows VPSs, we will terminate the account after 3 days of non-payment after the expiration date.

Once an RDP or Windows VPS account has been terminated, all data associated with the account will be removed from our servers. We strongly encourage our customers to keep their payment information up-to-date and renew their services in a timely manner to avoid any service interruption or data loss.

Please note that we are not responsible for any data loss or other damages that may occur as a result of account termination due to non-payment or service expiration. We reserve the right to modify or update our payment and service termination policies at any time. By using our services, you agree to comply with our payment policies and understand that failure to do so may result in the termination of your account and data loss.

Banned Activities on Shared and Private RDP & VPS: Please note that the following activities are strictly banned for use on all our servers and may not be run by any client. These activities are banned since they are either illegal, harmful, or malicious and increase server loads.

• Any kind of IRC Bots
• Mining tools
• Proxy Servers / Websites
• DDoS / DoS / Brute Force tools
• Youtube watch time
• Repeating Youtube Ads / CPM or Refresh Youtube Videos
• Any kind of E-mail spamming tools like AMS or TurboMaiiler and other
• Hosting of Game, File, and Web Server
• Hacking / Cracking / Carding
• Mail Bombers
• Any type of sniffer
• IP Spoofer
• Port Scanners
• Telnet or SSH Access Scripts
• All versions of UBB (Ultimate Bulletin Boards)
• Fake Login Pages or any kind of Phishing
• Streaming Services on Shared RDP (Allowed on Private Servers)
• Resource Hogging Software Which Takes CPU More Than 20% (Allowed on Private Servers)

**  FOR ANY OF THE ABOVE REASONS REFUND WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE.

If restricted content as mentioned above is found on your account, Zain Hosting reserves the right to remove it and terminate or suspend your account with or without prior notice, depending on the severity and nature of the offense.

Any attempt to undermine or cause harm to our or others’ servers is strictly prohibited. As our client, you are responsible for all your accounts. Should you violate all the terms listed on this page, your account will be terminated immediately without a refund.
